ONE YEAR WARRANTY

In an era where disposability reigns, we strive to create enduring products. Our investment in skilled craftsmen is evident in every piece we produce, and we hope this dedication shines through in the items you receive. Despite our meticulous efforts, we acknowledge that occasional issues may arise.

We stand behind our products with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, applicable under normal usage conditions. This warranty covers material and manufacturing defects, including issues with rivets, locks, and other hardware. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage due to unreasonable wear, neglect, normal wear and tear, or damage from personal contents. Additionally, products purchased from retailers other than our online store are not eligible for warranty coverage. Final Sale items are excluded from Adimani Leather’s warranty policy and cannot be returned.

Whenever possible, we will repair your product using the original materials. However, due to potential variations in parts and materials, an exact color match may not be guaranteed. If a repair is not feasible, we will provide a replacement or, if a replacement is unavailable, issue store credit for the purchase price. For products purchased from third-party retailers, please contact them directly for assistance.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Condition: Items must be returned in new and unused condition.
  • Timeline: Returns must be received at our warehouse within 30 days from the date of receipt for a full refund. Returns received after 30 days but within 45 days will be eligible for store credit.
  • Exclusions: Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 45 days.
  • Fees: There are no restocking fees. However, the original shipping charge is non-refundable.
  • Gift Returns: Gift returns will be processed as store credit only.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

For exchanges, a prepaid shipping label will be provided (excluding international orders). If you need to return an item, you may purchase a discounted return label from us, or use a carrier of your choice.
